Toy Collecting Talk
Saturday, July 10, 1:30 p.m.

As part of its summer Toy Show, the North Canton Heritage Society will host Bill Gill of Kiko Auctioneers, who will speak about toy collecting and today’s market for toys, on Saturday, July 10, at 1:30 p.m.

Attendees can also bring up to three toys for current auction value appraisals.

Those attending can also view the Society’s Toy Show, made up of toys lent by the local community, which will be on display at the Society museum.

Admission to this event is free, but donations for the appraisals will be accepted.

The North Canton Heritage Society is located at 200 Charlotte St., NW, North Canton, in the former North Canton Middle School, just off North Main Street.

Heritage Society Presents a Look at Dollhouses
Saturday, August 7, 1:30 p.m.

North Canton – The North Canton Heritage Society will host a talk on dollhouses, past and present, by Kim Kenney, Curator of the William McKinley Presidential Center and Museum in Canton, on Saturday, August 7, at 1:30 p.m. 

This illustrated talk will feature a timeline history of these miniature structures from ancient times to the present hobby.  Attendees can bring photos of their own dollhouses to share and Ms. Kenney will answer questions from the audience.

The lecture, part of the Heritage Society’s summer-long Toy Show, will be held at its museum at 200 Charlotte Street NW, in the former North Canton Middle School, and is free to the public.
