Mission Statement

The mission of The North Canton Heritage Society is to preserve, protect, and share the history and heritage of North Canton, Ohio. To fulfill this mission, the North Canton Heritage Society:
assists community organizations by providing information and relics for presentations and research;

provides information or referral in response to inquiries about North Canton, Ohio, and its surroundings;

encourages the preservation of historical and architectural resources;

protects photographs, documents, and artifacts in the possession of the Society;

promotes public knowledge of, interest in, and appreciation for local history and heritage; and

serves as an active participant as history is made today.
